Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na wykonaniu realizacji audio-video na żywo oraz retransmisja, co najwyżej trzynastu sesji Rady Miejskiej w Bielsku-Białej w 2022 roku. Usługa obejmuje również transmisję nagrywanej sesji na żywo w Internecie (tzw. Streaming) w technologii umożliwiającej jednoczesny odbiór przez 2000 użytkowników.
