1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie Zamawiającemu przez uprawnionego rocznej (liczonej począwszy od dnia 7 sierpnia 2022 r.) i niewyłącznej licencji na oprogramowanie pn. „ESET PROTECT Advanced ON-PREM”.
2. Licencja, o której mowa w ust. 1 umożliwi korzystanie z Oprogramowania jednocześnie na 900 (dziewięciuset) stanowiskach.
3. Zamawiający korzysta - jako użytkownik o numerze AV-7005985 – z oprogramowania ESET PROTECT Entry ON-PREM (identyfikator publiczny 333-79N-CXX), na podstawie licencji udzielonej do dnia 6 sierpnia 2022 r. dla 850 stanowisk.
